 Defective or Incorrect Product:-
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, we will exchange it with the correct product at no extra cost.

 Parcel Opening Video Required
To be eligible for any exchange:

You must record a clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened at the time of delivery.

The video must show the full unboxing process, clearly capturing the product condition.

 Fast Replacement Processing:-
Once your exchange request is verified and the video proof is reviewed, your replacement will be processed within 24 hours.

No Exchange Without Video:-
We regret to inform that no exchange or replacement will be accepted without a valid parcel opening video.
